Winter Hours (AUG 16 – MAY 31):
Daily 1pm – 5pm. Open on July 4th.

Closed for the following Holidays:
Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve/Day, New Years Eve/Day.

About The Heritage Museum of the Texas Hill Country

The Heritage Museum of the Texas Hill Country features over 200 dinosaur tracks and 28 separate trackways made 110 million years ago, and they are part of the upper Glen Rose Formation of the Early Cretaceous period, you will see model dinosaurs and hundreds of real tracks on your visit!
As well as a unique and antique museum collection that will take you on a journey from the 1800s to the 1950’s showcasing old-fashioned, unique pieces. Discover the amazing Native American Indian exhibits, fossil display, an extensive outdoor display of historical farming accessories used in the Texas Hill Country area, and so much more!
