About North Austin Science Alliance (NASA)

The North Austin Science Alliance, or NASA for short, is a science team specially for homeschooled kids in middle school and high school for them to meet people and make friends with others who share the same likes and interests while exploring the wonderful world of science. Regardless of what your kids interests are, there is a program for them: STEAM, biology, social and natural sciences, physics, chemistry, engineering, robotics, earth and space, and more!
The organization encourages them to participate in competitions like Science Olympiad with the mission of improving education and developing strong team-building and cooperation skills.
Nasa focuses on providing a safe environment for science-loving, curious kids to immerse themselves in their interests with like-minded teens and socialize with each other. Students will develop a bunch of different important skills, such as time management, collaboration, teamwork, sportsmanship, and, of course, a love for studying science.
