Enjoy a different kind of Halloween at the Austin Public Library. Teen Mystical October + Costume Swap is a special event for teens ages 13-18. Participants will go on a journey, as the name implies! They will participate in tarot and crystal readings, chakra workshops, and even make their own costumes on sewing machines for a costume swap! It’s open to the public at the Central Library branch, and best of all, it’s free!
